Delivery Times & Costs
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days.

UK: Delivery takes approximately 5-7 days and costs £3.75.
International: Delivery takes approximately 7-9 days and costs £5.75.

Return & Exchange Policy

Faulty Items
I take great care in making each item, but as handmade crochet products can sometimes be unpredictable, there may occasionally be issues with the item. If you receive a bag with a fault, please get in touch with me as soon as possible. I will be more than happy to assess the situation and see if I can fix the issue. If necessary, I’ll provide a return option for a replacement or full refund.
Exchanges
Due to the handmade nature of my products, I don't offer exchanges unless there is a fault. However, feel free to reach out if you have concerns, and I’ll do my best to resolve the issue.
Returns
If you change your mind about your purchase, I am unable to accept returns. Please ensure you’re happy with your order before purchasing.
